Problems downloading files

Follow this step by step instructions for downloading. Please read it
carefully:

Step 1) Open the given link and insert the given Username and Password

Step 2) Once logged in, you should click each link ONCE and choose SAVE the
file to your hard disk (not OPEN!!).

Please note that files only will be available to be downloaded only once. Then each file will become blocked. Before clicking on each link, be sure that you will be able to download them.

Step 3) Select the location in which you would like to save the file.

Step 4) The downloaded file is a ZIP file. It's a compressed file format containing the PDF file with the article you purchased. You should UNZIP (uncompress or open) the file with WINZIP software.

You can download WINZIP for free from http://www.download.com/3405-20-960683.html. If you have never installed winzip before in your computer, you should install Winzip now. Once installed, you will be able to open the downloaded zip file
automatically. NOTE that if you are using Windows XP, you will not need to
download WINZIP and open de zip file directly.

Step 5) Once the file is uncompressed, you will have your PDF article ready to be read. You only need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed. If you don't have it, you may download it from the following link http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

Step 6) Open your PDF article and enjoy it.
IMPORTANT NOTE: for each file you download, you should repeat steps 2, 3,
and 4 (this last one, avoiding to install winzip again). Before clicking on a link to be downloaded, you must be sure that you will finish with the download because if you close the browser and open it again later, the link clicked will become blocked. So, I suggest you to open the browser, download one whole file, then another one and so on.

Please note that all this technology is widely and commonly used when distributing documents on the Internet. And all the software is free for downloading.
