The SL Tamiya has been built box stock with the following exceptions:
The rear spoiler was not installed, the exhaust pipes replaced with aluminium pipes, the seat belts (adhesive tape + photo-etch) has been added. While the tires come from the kit, the wheels come from a 1/25 diecast Maisto Chevy SSR Concept Car.
Painting process as usual: coat of plastic sealer, coat of automotive primer, coat of automotive matt white, 2 light coats of nitro-acrilic mica red, final heavy coat of automotive alkyd clear.
Polishing process consists in an automotive wax, Amway Silicone Glaze and Tamiya Modeling Wax
