After a certain time constructing many aircrafts kits, some 1/72 armours and a couple of 1/700 ships, I was curious on the 1/35 scale and decided to build a tank. I chose the Dragon T-80 BV. Now, I have to admit that I didn’t make the right decision since I had to devote so much effort to solve all difficulties and weak points the kit offers. Actually, thinking over a first project, you might be overwhelmed by its scope. This note is devoted to 1/35 scale beginners who are willing to share my experiences improving a Dragon T-80.
