Stirling Moss' 1958 "Eldorado"

by Peter Radcliffe

This Maserati "Eldorado Special" was driven by Stirling Moss at the "Carrera de Dos Mundos" in 1958, between Americans and European cars in Monza, Italy. Its motor was so powerful related to the chassis and brakes that it had to be withdrawn from race after an accident. The pictures were taken at the Panini private museum near Modena.
