With this kit Revell has appreciably improved the molding quality. In fact, the body surfaces are smooth and shows nearly no plastic shrinkage as it was common before. The panel lines are also nice, the cowling can be opened and fits perfectly between the fenders and headlights, this was not the case in the former Revell Ferrari releases.

It’s a nice model for decoration since being convertible, all the interior is visible. Also the engine has been well reproduced, The aim of this article is basically to share with readers the construction and painting details of this superb Revell model.

As I always do, I started the assembly preparing the body.

The body was painted with the usual method. The panel lines were accentuated with Humbrol 85 semi gloss black and the interior of the body, engine bay and lights were brush painted semi gloss black.
