The M-60 is one of the best known combat vehicles in the modelers' world, having been reproduced by several makers. Also, it is one the best tanks in its generation and one of the largest in number according to western standards, since more than 15,000 were built before 1987 when its production was ended. Improved throughout the years, it was combat proven by several nations, always with excellent results.
In 1991 they were used once again during the "Desert Storm", where they served not only the U.S. Marines' corps but also the Egyptian Special Forces who were the largest Arab troops assigned to the conflict. Unfortunately the ESCI model is not a recently produced one. To the contrary, it is an incunabulum, since it has not been produced any more for several years now and no other manufacturer has announced its launching. In general, the model is good though it shows some problems, such as small injection holes in some wheels that are difficult to get rid of.
